Carter's newborn portraits are certainly images that will be cherished for a lifetime by first time parents Roksana and Nick after a difficult journey to starting their family. Many parents may agree that this journey doesn't always go as expected and there can be many challenges along the way. Fortunately, Roksana and Nick found a wonderful fertility doctor that helped bring their rainbow baby, Carter, into the world with IVF. However, this little one isn't the only surprise and answered prayer for this growing family.

Time passed - we got engaged, married, traveled and enjoyed life. Once we started to try for a baby, we realized it was not going to be as easy as we thought to get pregnant. We sought the help of an amazing fertility doctor and were blessed with a healthy pregnancy on our first round of IVF. Trying to get pregnant had been difficult so we were thrilled with how smoothly my pregnancy progressed.
Our baby boy Carter has been as calm earth-side as he was in my belly! We waited so long and prayed so hard - the time and tears were well worth the moment I was able to place his little body on my chest and just stare at this magical miracle we made. We have another embryo waiting to join our family - a little girl that I already talk to and feel such a deep connection to. We all wait patiently to complete our family - already bonded to each other on a spiritual level. I cannot wait to have Ani photograph her when she makes her appearance!"
